Publication and Indexing:
All papers will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two experts from the committee. Accepted papers will be published by IEEE cps and submitted for indexing in Scopus and Ei.
Attendance (Online + Onsite):
All submissions must align with the conference scope and should not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
Papers should be written following the provided template format, ensuring completeness of research articles.
Onsite attendance is recommended. Each accepted paper allows one author free attendance; co-authors can register as listeners.
Oral presentations will be approximately 15 minutes long, with templates available for download on the conference website.
Poster presentations are generally limited to one page, A1 size, clearly stating the basic purpose of the article, research methods, detailed data, important conclusions, and key references.
