Glossary is only completable in game version 1.2.2.2+
Please note this contains some MAJOR SPOILERS.
Map Co-ords are Letters across the top, Numbers down the side it's wrong, I know, I might change it later.
If the source is listed as a conversation, it means you enter the door and talk to them.
If the source is listed as a drop, you just have to kill that enemy and pick it up, most drop locations aren't listed as the enemies are really common.
You can't start getting entries until you get the software.
If no area is listed, it's in the area the entry is from.
