This is in reference to your order #. Due to an error in manufacturing your order was shipped with the incorrect video card. You paid for a higher end video card (Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 with 8GB) but you were shipped a lower card (AMD Radeon ™ RX 470 with 8GB).
We can offer you 3 options to rectify this:
1. An exchange/replacement system with the correct card. Replacement can take from 7-10 business days.
2. We can offer you a $300.00 refund/credit for the price difference. It will take within 10 to 15 business days for that to be reflected back on the original method of payment.
3.
