楼主棒棒哒Y(＾_＾)Y，话说我今天在lookfantastic下了第一单，还是懵懵懂懂的

我就是用支付宝付的。不过之前好几次没成功，他都直接提示不能下单，

有没有人是买过的 一般多久到呀

4号收到退款了，是支付宝那边解决的，lookfantastic的客服我也是醉了，至今都没有回复我有内容的邮件，一直抱歉，估计钱退回来了，他都不知道

我想请教一下creat new message点进去是这样子的，完全没有找到写邮件的地方是怎么回事
