How to get experience points:
In DM - By destroying tanks, you get 10 points for every destroyed tank.

In CTF - By destroying tanks, you get 10 points for every destroyed tank & by capturing flags - For each flag captured (given the team’s own flag is on its spot) the team is awarded with a team point. The delivery of the enemy flag to the home base adds the same amount of points to total point pool of the game as the complete destruction of the opposing team.
In CP - By destroying tanks, you get 10 points for every destroyed tank & by capturing points - For each captured point your team will receive 1 point every 10 seconds. More information here.
